What happens if I'm going to be late?

We need you to stick to your arrival time so that we can ensure your access to Excel Lorryways. If you are late and there is space available, the traffic team will try to accommodate you. All booking times are allocated to the size of your vehicle, the larger the vehicle the more difficult it would be to accommodate outside of your allotted arrival time.

If you're going to be late, we strongly suggest that you edit your booking to align with your new arrival time and to print your new pass. If you are unable to print the new pass, we suggest that when at the venue, that you show it to Security on the gates on a smartphone or tablet if possible.
